When you need support we'll be there. Our clients benefit from our remote support over the internet which can be used to quickly fix software problems and help diagnose other issues. When this isn't possible, you'll benefit from our on-site service, either as part of our competitive maintenance agreements or whenever you need some ad-hoc support.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

With no fixed term contract, but one fixed monthly fee, you get peace of mind for your existing systems. In the event you have a big problem, you won't be faced with a big labour bill! On top of this, clients with maintenance agreements also benefit from the following additional services:

  • Extended response hours - between 7am and 10pm
  • Guaranteed response times - we'll make a start within 24 hours, usually the same working day
  • Labour charges - up to two support engineers are covered for as long as it takes to fix your problem
  • Remote server upkeep - Where applicable, we'll monitor server health, backups, security updates etc.

These are benefits only available with an Ajay Solutions maintenance agreement. As a client with a maintenance agreement your support calls also take priority.

Most SMEs can't justify even paying for one FTE IT head. Ajay Solutions can be your IT department - for a fraction of the cost of employing just one IT professional we will look after your entire IT and network system.

AD-HOC SUPPORT

If you just want support when you need it, that's ok. We are available for remote and on-site support for £50+VAT per hour during office hours.

We're happy to be able to offer remote support to clients, as this can save time and money. Of course, it's not always feasible. Remote support relies on a working internet connection and both parties must be available to work through the problem. Please see our client support page for more information on remote support. Please note most hardware problems will require a site visit from an engineer, but remote support can be useful for diagnosing problems.

Either way, we're a friendly bunch and are happy to always explain problems to clients without using techno-jargon.

With support taken care of, you can relax.  Not quite.  Support helps problems and sorts out hardware but what about the stuff you can't replace?  Your data is the most important consideration in IT and most at risk.  Hardware can be replaced...

With this in mind, Ajay Solutions is keen to ensure its clients have sufficient provision for data backup in addition to the right processes and routines.

We supply network infrastructure with redundancy and backup for your data, and we strongly encourage the use of appropriate antivirus software on all client servers and workstations. This way, if the worst happens, the hardware can be replaced and your data can be recovered in no time.

We are an ESET NOD32 Business Partner and strongly recommend these as our favoured antivirus products.  We use them ourselves and find them to be the smallest, fastest product with great results in preventing viruses, trojans and more!
