Money-Back Policy
Ajay Solutions guarantee to give you a refund on a website if:
- Your order cannot be completed
- Your request to cancel the order is received before work commences
- You are not satisfied with the result
Because we've put it in writing, we have to stick to it, however there's a bit more to it than that (as there always is). We require an initial 30% deposit when we take your order which is non-refundable under our Website Money-Back Policy. Our money-back guarantee is with regard to agreed work and any dissatisfaction regarding the requirement of additional work will incur additional cost. If you are not satisfied with the end result of your website and we refund your money you don't keep the site.
