REMOTE SUPPORT
For clients requesting remote support, you can use the Ajay Solutions Remote Support Tool on this page to let us connect to your computer and help fix your problems.
IS IT SAFE?
Ajay Solutions takes your security and privacy very seriously. This tool creates a connection over the internet between us and you, allowing you can see everything we do on your screen. We'll be on the phone throughout support to explain what we're doing and ask any questions we need to. Once the connection is broken, we can't just get back in to your computer - you must initiate another connection.
- The connection is created from your computer only to Ajay Solutions - nobody else can use this to take control of your PC.
- A connection cannot be established without the request of the client (you) and the consent of Ajay Solutions.
- You can disconnect the connection from your end anytime you wish. Instructions on doing this are below.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You must run our Remote Support Tool from the PC you need help on, which needs a working internet connection. The PC must be running Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Windows Server 2003.
Using the instructions and the link below, you request Ajay Solutions to connect to your PC. We can then see what you see. We share the mouse and keyboard, and you can explain your problem to us over the phone at the same time.
When we're done, the connection can be ended and your computer is all yours again.
What if my internet connection isn't working?
If your internet connection isn't working, give us a call and we'll happily come and take a look in person.
